Apply your education. Apply your skills. Apply to Hamline.
There are many reasons to choose Hamline University School of Law. Come see for yourself at our Open House.
There's no getting around the fact that law school is a big investment. But we're committed to giving you the most for your tuition dollar. National Jurist has named Hamline a "Best Value". Our alternative dispute resolution program consistently ranks among the nation's top five. And our health law program is 16th in the nation, thanks in part to strong relationships with Minnesota's healthcare and medical device communities.
After graduation, Hamline Law graduates find meaningful jobs. In fact, our outstanding graduate employment rate is the primary reason Hamline Law jumped 25 places in the most recent U.S. News & World Report rankings.
But Hamline Law is really about you. We pride ourselves on being a close-knit community. So you'll have plenty of opportunities for hands-on learning. And you'll be able to apply your legal skills as a problem-solver. You'll find your professors as approachable and helpful as they are experienced and knowledgeable. Meet them talk with them at the Open House. We hope to see you there.

At the Open House, you'll have an opportunity to meet Jean Holloway, the new Dean of Hamline University School of Law. Dean Holloway brings with her expertise and relationships gained from a variety of leadership posts: being a partner in two preeminent law firms and corporate counsel for major corporations. Her academic credentials include two bachelor's degrees from Yale University and a joint MBA and JD from the University of Chicago.
Dean Holloway comes to Hamline from CR Bard, Inc., a global medical device manufacturer, where she served as vice president, general counsel, and secretary. Prior to that, she served as vice president and deputy general counsel for Medtronic, and before that was vice president for Boston Scientific and Guidant.
